About William Stiles, Elvis Tribute Artist
The first Memphian to make the semi-finals of the World Championship Elvis Tribute Artist contest, William Stiles has performed his tribute to The King for a over a decade worldwide.
Visually, you get a young man with the looks and moves of the 1970's, Vegas-era Elvis. Vocally, well, just close your eyes — you'll think you're hearing Elvis and the TCB Band at the Las Vegas Hilton.
Mentored by the late Charlie Hodge (one of Elvis's closest friends), William polished his act with Legends Shows at theaters in Tennessee, Alabama, and Wisconsin. He has recorded several CDs, appeared in TV commercials and print ads, and owns a dozen authentic reproductions of Elvis's jumpsuits and stage costumes.
William is always happy to make appearances, do meet-and-greets, and pose for photos. He can perform solo to recorded tracks or with a full band, including back-up singers and horns if desired.
