About The Delta Project
With "Guitar" James on guitar and vocals, Lee "Scrap Iron" Raines on harmonica, Jason Doyle on drums, and Scott Mabe on bass guitar, The Delta Project has been playing the real-deal Delta blues on Beale Street and throughout the region for over a decade.
With the release of their first album Hill Stompin', the band is being celebrated for drawing inspiration from the masters like B.B. King and The Allman Brothers, as well as contemporary artists like the North Mississippi All Stars.
The Delta Project plays over 200 shows a year on Beale Street, entertaining thousands of locals and tourists from around the world. They are also a popular choice for festivals and informal private parties throughout the Mid-South.
