About Sauerkraut Six

Polkas, waltzes, marches, and classic beerhall music: the Sauerkraut Six performs standard Bavarian instrumental and vocal songs that will turn any event into a raucous, fun-filled Oktoberfest!

A great band for festivals, corporate events, and fundraising parties, the Sauerkraut Six features some of Memphis' most experienced musicians, including members of the Memphis Symphony, the Memphis Jazz Orchestra, and the Mighty Souls Brass Band. In addition to the fun German standards, they can incorporate Dixieland tunes and uptempo jazz and swing favorites into their repertoire as well.

And while they're most in demand for Oktoberfest celebrations, they're a great band for any type of community sing-along and beerhall event. After all, everyone loves a good rendition of "The Chicken Dance"!
