About FreeSol
FreeSol — songwriter, producer, philosopher, actor, entrepreneur, and performer from Memphis — began his journey of musical self-discovery in 2001, producing numerous legendary shows throughout the Mid-South and bridging the Memphis rock and hip-hop scenes. Discovered by Justin Timberlake in 2005 and signed with Interscope Records in 2006, FreeSol worked and shared stages with artists such as Justin Timberlake, Timbaland, Cool and Dre, Pitbull, Elton John, Foo Fighters, Outkast, Rico Wade, Mike Elizondo, Big Sean, and many more.
Among his many hits, his fans continue to groove to "Fascinated," "Role Model," and "Hoodies On, Hats Low."
In 2012, Free moved to Southern California, where he took on other successful business ventures, got married, started a family, and spent time remembering why he began FreeSol in the first place.
Now Free has returned, not only to his true purpose and love of making and performing music, but also home to Memphis, where he plans to reclaim his place in the pantheon of Memphis musical royalty!
